Quan leads design systems, user experience, and digital interface development for the JUVE Creative team, helping transform complex ideas and organizational needs into clear, functional, and visually engaging digital experiences.

With a foundation rooted in fine arts, graphic design, and conceptual development, Quan’s role has evolved beyond traditional design into systems thinking, interactive user experience, and front-end digital development. His work combines creative direction with technical implementation — supporting website architecture, interface design, digital workflows, and modern online experiences that are both intuitive and operationally effective.

Quan is known for bringing a high level of precision, structure, and visual intelligence to every project. His approach integrates design theory, communication psychology, accessibility awareness, semiotics, and efficient digital workflows to help organizations create experiences that are thoughtful, usable, and strategically aligned.

He attended Cypress College, where he developed foundational skills in drawing, painting, illustration, typography, and two-dimensional design, before earning his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Otis College of Art and Design. His expanded studies in photography, web design, sculpture, and interactive media continue to inform his multidisciplinary approach to digital systems and experience design.
