The Challenge:
Burbank Town Center is a large shopping mall that opened in August 1991, and began a $60 million dollar renovation impacting the community, relocating anchor tenants, and low occupancy during construction.  The mall also has no large spaces to host annual community events.


The Insight:
Burbank Town Center was updating a tired, outdated mall, and the public was eagerly awaiting the new look, features, and additional urban amenities.


The Strategy:
Develop a comprehensive marketing communication plan and efforts that included integrated public relations, unique social media, outreach, fundraising, and family-friendly holiday events that served the community better than before.
